If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for a full refund and/or offer exchanges. Simply contact us within 30 days from delivery date by emailing us at [email protected]. Please clearly state reason for your request and include your Order ID as reference. We will review your request, and if accepted, issue authorization and shipping instructions for return.
All returned merchandise must be unused and in their original packaging, and you will be responsible for cost of shipping + $2.50 re-stocking fee per returned item. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned merchandise.
If your request for return / exchange is due to having received a defective product, upon accepting your request, we will either fully refund your order or send you a replacement at no cost to you.
